Day 1 : Arrival in Gaya & Local Sightseeing
- Arrival : You’ll be greeted at the Gaya Airport/Railway Station and transferred to your
hotel.
- Check-in & Rest : After checking into your hotel, take some time to freshen up and relax.
- Local Sightseeing : Start your spiritual journey with visits to key sites in Gaya:
- Vishnu Pad Temple: An ancient temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, believed to be
the place where Lord Rama performed rituals for his ancestors. - Mangla Gauri Temple: A sacred site with deep religious significance for
Hindus, dedicated to Goddess Durga - Gaya Pind Daan: A ritual performed for the peace of departed souls, usually
done by pilgrims at the banks of the Phalgu River. - Overnight in Gaya: After the day’s spiritual explorations, return to your hotel for a
peaceful night.
Day 2 : Bodhgaya & Rajgir- Bodhgaya
- Morning Transfer to Bodhgaya : After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Gaya and
proceed to Bodhgaya - Check-in & Relax : Check into your hotel in Bodhgaya, and take a short rest before
heading out for sightseeing. - Bodhgaya Local Sightseeing : Bodhgaya is where Buddha attained enlightenment,
making it one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Visit: - Mahabodhi Temple : The temple where Lord Buddha meditated under the Bodhi
tree to attain enlightenment. A UNESCO World Heritage Site. - Bodhi Tree : The sacred tree under which Buddha attained enlightenment. This is
one of the most revered places for Buddhists. - Tibetan Temple : A beautiful temple reflecting Tibetan Buddhist architecture.
- Thai Monastery : A peaceful and serene monastery with Thai architectural
influences. - Rajgir Visit : After Bodhgaya, take a short drive to Rajgir, another important historical
and religious site. - Venu Vana: A bamboo forest where Lord Buddha is said to have meditated.
- Ashoka Stupa (Peak): Visit the stupa on the hilltop built by Emperor Ashoka,
marking his conversion to Buddhism. - Bimbisar Jail: The historic jail where King Bimbisar was imprisoned.
- Return to Bodhgaya: After exploring Rajgir, head back to Bodhgaya for a restful night
at your hotel.
Day 3 : Bodhgaya Departure
- Morning Departure: After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Bodhgaya.
- Transfer to the Airport/Railway Station: You will be transferred to the Bodhgaya
Airport/Railway Station for your journey back to your hometown, leaving with peaceful
memories of this spiritually enriching trip.
